Appartamento In Vendita A Pisa(pi) In Discreto Composto Da 15vani
In the historic center of Pisa in an excellent position about 200 meters from the Arno river stands an interesting noble palace which includes the luxury property for sale
Consisting of an area of about 650 square meters, it includes the entire main floor as well as an independent access to the ground floor where it is possible to park at least 2 cars, it consists of 9 rooms, a party room of over 100 square meters, 3 bathrooms, one terrace and an imposing staircase with an important marble group from the 1600s.
Unequivocally one of the most beautiful Pisan palaces dating back to the sixteenth century of considerable historical and artistic interest. Much appreciated by art lovers, it has often been included in publications for the beauty and richness of the frescoes (all of great beauty) made by important Tuscan artists of the time.
The frescoes are particularly lively in the color component and harmonious in the shapes. This property has a party room of about 110sqm, with admirable frescoes, high ceiling
about 9 meters and with excellent acoustics (enough to host important choirs and concerts).
All the main rooms have frescoes, golden stuccoes, marbles, coffered ceilings, while i
floors are mostly in ancient terracotta.
The current building, which was inhabited by the family that bears the name until the 1960s, was built on very ancient structures, as evidenced by the mighty columns still visible in the rooms on the ground floor.
The property is in a reasonable state of repair, however, requires maintenance or adaptation works by virtue of the destination that will be assigned to the premises, as the property is suitable for both residential and tourist use and to be used as representative offices of high level (as it is currently) given the historicity of the building and the numerous frescoes that characterize it and which give the property a very marked presentation of value. The frescoes have been recently restored, it needs a revision of the heating system, modernization of the bathrooms and some plastering.
On the ground floor there is the entrance facing the street, through an ancient and majestic door you access a characteristic loggia that leads to the valuable stairs that lead to the first floor, as soon as you reach the level you open up imposing and majestic spaces with vaulted ceilings and dressers.
The Pisan Giovanni Battista Tempesti, was the main architect of the decoration of the interior of the building: he was responsible for the various architectural backgrounds, the decoration of the landing and above all the allegory room, both located on the first floor (i.e. the noble floor) of the building.
As can be seen, this property is suitable for true connoisseurs who appreciate its historicity and artistic depth. The proximity to the airport, the main Tuscan cities and the sea which is only 15 minutes away certainly add value to this luxury property. Energy class G. Ref. RV1031 € 1.650.000
